• Digitizing $16.70 per 1,000 stitches. Minimum Digitizing Charge $85.00 
• Additional location $.3.50 up to 5K stitches
• Folding or polybag: $0.83(each garment), Steaming: $0.83(each garment), Water Soluble Embroidery Stabilizer $1.25 Each Garment
• 50% deposit and balance COD for all new customers.
• Cashier or company check after approval. 
• Visa & MC or AE accepted. 4.5% bank charge for credit cards or PayPal
• Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees 
• California Sales Tax added for all orders 
• Customer is fully responsible for all approvals via email; thread colors may differ due to computer screen configuration.
• No returns for all embroidered items. 15% Re-stocking fee for blank items.
